1.Transportation
The landway to the park mainly consists of the C section of the Yanba Highway, the new Kuiba Road and the Heba Road, with an up-coming railway network connecting the Huizhou Railway. One terminal with capacity of 100,000 tons, one bulk cargo terminal with capacity of 10,000 tons and three liquid chemicals terminals each with capacity of 10,000 tons are planned to be built so that the waterway goods transportation would meet the needs of the manufactories in the park.
2.Water Supply
Water in the park is supplied by the Dapeng Line of the Eastern Division Project, with water supply of 208,000 ton/day (300,000 ton/day in the future). Both industrial waterworks (200,000 ton/day) and domestic waterworks (80,000 ton/day) are to be built up in the park to serve the needs of water coming from launched projects. The need of great amount of water could also be met by sea water desalination.
3.Power Supply
One cogeneration power plant, owned by the park, will be built with an installed capacity of about 1,000,000 kilowatt. At the same time, a transformer substation of 220 kilovolt and three transformer substation of 110 kilovolt would also be constructed.
4.Pollution Treatment
Centralized wastewater treatment plant and solid waste circulation utilization centre are to be built in the park. Water saving, energy saving and resource utilization of Sewage are encouraged in order to achieve zero emissions. The construction of the park has little effects on the regional environment, and the park is to be built into an ecotypic and green one.
5.Logistic Services
Kuirong Town serves as a base to produce logistic services to the manufacturers in the park. The Town is in an appropriate distance to the park and is the place where supporting infrastructures are located. The park and the town are connected by a newly-built special municipal road.
6.Service Concepts
The integrated development concept of world-class industrial parks is introduced. By consolidating projects, utilities, storage and transport, management and services, environmental protection and security, we are committed to building the top-notch industrial park in the world.
