1. Land
♦A total of 50 square kilometers (32 square kilometers of land and 18 square kilometers of sea), 25.58 square kilometers planned for development (15 square kilometers for the first phase);
♦Existing land area: 13.54 square kilometers;
 initiating zone: 2 square kilometers;
 sea-reclaimed area: 12.04 square kilometers.

2. Environment
♦Flanked by high mountains (over 700 meters) on three sides, the Park is facing the South China Sea in the east. With no residential settlement within 6 kilometers but strong supply of land, water and pleasant climate, the place is best positioned to develop the off-shore petrochemical industry.

3. Ports
♦The closest distance between the Park and the 250,000-ton deepwater port on Mabianzhou Island is 6 kilometers, that to the main sea route of Huizhou Port is 3 kilometers. Facing the Huizhou Aotou Port across the sea, the Park shares the deepwater sea routes with it.
♦Along the seven-kilometer-long coastline, a 100,000-150,000-ton dock and three 10,000-ton liquid chemicals docks are planned to be built.

4. Fresh Water and Power
♦Fresh water will be supplied by the Eastern River with a planned water supply of 200,000 tons/day, and expected to reach 300,000 tons/day.
♦Electricity will be co-supplied by the eastern electricity network and the power station inside the Park.

5. Transport
♦The Park is accessible through the C Section of the Yanba Highway, the new Kuiba Road and the Heba Road.
♦A multi-modal transport network connected to Huizhou railway and Shenzhen Ping-Yan railway is planned to be built in the near future.
